Ex-Governer's nephew, film director join SP

Lucknow, Feb 6 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh and Punjab Mr Manvendra Verma, newhew of former governor Virendra Verma and a film director Bhupeshwar Tyagi joined the Samajwadi Party.

SP UP State president Shivpal Singh Yadav announced this a press conference here this evening.

Mr Verma is a resident of Muzaaffarnagar, whereas Mr Tyagi belonged to Devband.

The duo's inclusion would strenghten the party, Mr Singh claimed.
