Concept pharma launches 'Ajar' to fight ageing

Mumbai, Feb 6 (UNI) Concept Pharmaceuticals (CPL) has announced its foray into Over the Counter (OTC) market through the launch of its product ''Ajar''-- for fighting the demon of ageing, for all adults above the age of 35.

Speaking to reporters here today, CPL Chairman and Managing Director Mr A B Gupta said, ''Ajar is truly herbal and first of its kind product in health and wellness drug market. The new product will be presently launched in Maharashtra and Gujarat and after three months it will be launched across the country. Ajar will be available at a cost of Rs 75 per ten tablets at all leading medical-chemist retail counters.'' ''The Company has two units at Aurangabad with the capacity of producing 10 lakh tables per week and later the production capacity will be increased by about 25 per cent in two years. Concept has a network of 20 branches throughout India with its marketing team of around 500 people. It has well diversified group of products covering 70 per cent of therapeutic groups,'' Mr Gupta added.
