Seminar to curb cyber crime

Agra, Feb 5: Putting its best step forward to curb the mushrooming cyber crime, the Uttar Pradesh Police is organising a seminar in the Taj city on February 7.

The seminar aims to spread awareness about the heinous crime and its laws among the common man. ''In the seminar, the specialits would aware people about the increasing use of computer, telephone and other sources of entertainment for committing crime these days,'' Deputy Inspector General of Police Kamal Saxena today said. As many as 150 representatives of different organistations from across the country would mark their presence in the seminar, he added. UP Director General of Police (DGP) Vikram Singh would be the chief guest, Mr Saxena informed.
