SAD to make changes in organisational set up
Rupnagar, Feb 5 (UNI) Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal today said the party would soon make changes in the organisational structure of SAD and its youth wing.
While talking to mediapersons here today, Mr Sukhbir Badal said that a new president of SAD Youth Wing would soon be appointed in place of Sharanjit Singh Dhillon.
Both the organisations would be strengthened at the grass-root level and many office bearers of the youth wing would be taken into its parent body Akali Dal, he said, adding that due representation would be given to all the sections in the new organisational structure of both the organisations.
Mr Badal said the party would set up its offices, equipped with modern facilities, in all the districts of the state. The details about all the party workers would be stored in the computers so that communication could be maintained with them and they could be informed about the party programmes, he added.
