National electricity tournament from Feb 7 at Hisar

Hisar, Feb 5 (UNI) The Haryana Power Sports Group (HPSG) would organize the 34th All India Inter Electricity Boards Hockey&Tug of war Tournament from February 7-10 at Vidyut Nagar, Hisar.

A spokesman for the Haryana Power Utilities said here today that 300 players of national and international repute from different states are likely to participate in this national tournament of powermen.

Lt Gen (Retd) O S Lohchab, Chairman, Haryana Power Utilities will inaugurate the four day tournament on February 7 while Mr Randeep Singh Surjewala Power Minister, Haryana will give away prizes to the winners on concluded day on February 10.

Colourful cultural programmes will mark the opening and closing ceremonies of the four day tournament, he said.
