Blast in Karachi's high security area, one injured

Karachi, Feb 5 : One person was injured in a bomb blast near the Karachi Cantonment Railway Station on Tuesday.

According to Karachi Police sources, it was initially reported that a bomb was planted under a tree near a hospital. Later, it was revealed that the blast was caused by a concentration of gas in a pipe.

A bungalow's boundary wall was damaged in the explosion. A team from the bomb disposal squad was sent to the site to determine the reason for the explosion.
