Three-wheeler rams into tanker: 5 killed

Bareilly, Feb 4 (UNI) At least five people were killed and 12 others seriously injured today in a head-on collision between a three-wheeler and a tanker in Fareedpur area here.

The overcrowded three-wheeler rammed into the tanker coming from Shahjahanpur on the Lucknow-Delhi National Highway.

Five people died on the spot, while others were immediately rushed to hospital in a critical condition, police said.

The two deceased have been identified as Shiv Kumar (30) and Simran (40).
