SP workers burn Raj Thackeray in effigy in Kolkata

Kolkata, Feb 4 (UNI) Samajwadi Party workers burnt an effigy of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray here today, demanding his arrest for making controversial remarks against the north Indians and film icon Amitabh Bachchan.

" Raj Thackery should be immediately arrested for dividing society. His views are parochial and detreimental in a multi-cultural country like India, " SP state president Vijay Upadhyay said.
