IMaCS signs MoU with D

Mumbai, Feb 4 (UNI) ICRA Management Consulting Services (IMaCS) and Dun&Bradstreet Philippines have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for jointly offering advisory and consulting services in Philippines.

IMaCS, a subsidiary of ICRA, and D&B's Philippines subsidiary, through their rep-office in that country will offer strategy consulting, risk analytics, process consulting, development consulting, and transaction advisory services in several verticals such as banking, energy, transportation, government, manufacturing and services, the duo informed mediapersons here today.

D&B Philippines President Jaime Y Ladao said, ''A good demand is always expected for consulting services in the areas of strategy, risk analytics and development consulting in banking, infrastructure and technology sectors in an economy which is growing rapidly.'' Supporting the same sentiments IMaCS Managing Director R Raghuttama Rao said that initially the joint effort will be more focused on Infrastructure and Banking sector as these have better growth prospects in the present scenerio.
