Deep Ind inks pact with IOCL for joint devp

New Delhi, Feb 4: Deep Industries Ltd (DIL) today said it has entered into an agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) for exploring the possibility of joint development of Coal Bed Methane (CBM) blocks and gas fields.

''We have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) with the IOC for exploring the possibility of joint development of two CBM blocks and three marginal gas fields and marketing of gas,'' a company statement said. DIL is a provider of air and gas compression services to oil and gas exploration companies like ONGC and GACL etc.
