CPI(M) condemns attack on Hindi-speaking people in Mumbai
New Delhi, Feb 4 (UNI) The Polit Bureau of the Communist party of India (Marxist) today strongly condemned the attacks on people belonging to North India in Mumbai and certain other places of Maharashtra.
The party, in a press statement issued here today, said this was result of the propaganda and statements directed against Hindi- speaking people living in Mumbai by a parochial political outfit.
The State Government and the administration should take firm steps against chauvinist elements and protect the life and property of all citizens living the State along with Mumbai, the release added.
