Lawyers across Pak protest against Musharraf

Islamabad/Karachi/Lahore, Feb 1, 2008 : Expressing their solidarity with the deposed Chief Justice, around 150 lawyers and rights activists in Islamabad marched to the judge's residence chanting "Go Musharraf Go" while police in full riot-gear looked on.

In Lahore also, some 4,000 lawyers, political workers and rights activists took to the street to demand Musharraf's removal and restoration of the deposed judges.
