Four die in a battle between police and militants

Pakistan, Jan 39, 2008 : Four died in a battle between police and militants on the outskirts of Karachi on Tuesday, January 29th.

Provincial Interior Minister Akhtar Zamin reported the death of two policemen and two gunmen in the shootout which began when a police team surrounded a three-storey building in Karachi's Shah Latif area to arrest suspected terrorists.
