Spicejet raises call centre strength
New Delhi, Feb 1 (UNI) Spicejet today asked its passengers to use its 24-hour call centre service for booking tickets, in case they were having problem accessing spicejet.com website.
The tickets can be booked on numbers 91987-180-3333 and 1800-180-3333.
Internet activity in India has been severly affected by the extensive damage to the two undersea cables on Egypt's Alexandria coast on Wednesday.
''Anticipating a rush, Spicejet has doubled the number of call centre executives to handle customers having difficulty accessing and booking on its website,'' Spicejet Chief Technology Officer Virender Pal said in a press release.
