Neil Diamond to perform at Glastonbur

London, Feb 1 : Legendary singer Neil Diamond is all set to take on the stage this at Glastonbury Festival this summer.

Event organiser Michael Eavis confirmed the performance of the legend.

"Neil Diamond is for people closer to my age," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

The 67-year-old legend had a series of huge hits in 1960s and 70s with Crackling Rosie, Sweet Caroline, Song Sung Blue, and Red Red Wine, and has sold more than 120 million albums worldwide.

The festival will take place from June 27 - 29.
