IndusInd changes its top manangement team
Mumbai, Feb 1 (UNI) Effecting a major change in its top management, private sector lender IndusInd Bank today replaced its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Bhaskar Ghose with Romesh Sobti.
In addition to the appointment of Mr Sobit, the bank has also changed four other top officials in its new management team. Prior to his new assignment, Mr Sobti was Executive Vice President and Country Executive India and Sub-Continent with ABN AMRO Bank, the bank today said in a statement.
Apart from this, the bank appointed Paul Abraham as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), who was earlier Manging Director of ABN AMRO Central Enterprise Services (ACES).
K S Sridhar joined IndusInd Bank as Chief Risk Officer, Sumant Kathpalia joined as Head (Consumer Banking), Suhail Chander joined as Head (Corporate&Institutional Banking), who were also once with ABN AMRO.
