4 members of Bawaria gang held after encounter
Jaunpur, Feb 1 (UNI) Police arrested four wanted members of the notorious Bawaria gang in Line Bazar area here today.
Police Superintendent Lalji Shukla said the miscreants were arrested near Wajidpur crossing early this morning.
Their two accomplices, however, legged down the road.
The quartet were identified as Suresh Bahelia, Nanhelal, Rakhpal Bahelia and Ram Niwas.
Meanwhile, the police team was rewarded with Rs 2,500 for accomplishing their arrest.
