Goldstone Infra revenue, profits jump

Hyderabad, Jan 31 (UNI) Goldstone Infratech today announced it earned revenue worth Rs 122.6 million for the third quarter, a jump of 109 per cent over Rs 58.2 million for the same period last year.

According to a press release here, the net profit jumped 364 per cent to Rs 25.1 million from Rs 5.4 million in the same period last year.

The total income for the nine months ended December 31, 2007 was Rs 402.6 million, registering 139 per cent increase from Rs 166.6 million for the corresponding period last year.

Revenues from insulators have grown by over 200 per cent as compared to last year. The company was setting up additional production facility for increasing manufacturing capacity of composite insulators by over 50 per cent.
