12 get life imprisonment in dacoity,murder case

Patna, Jan 31 (UNI) A local court today awarded life imprisonment to 12 people in a dacoity and murder case.

The court also slapped a fine of Rs five thousand on each of the convicts.

Additional district and sessions judge S K Panwar found all the accused guilty of killing Golu Kumar, a minor and awarded them life imprisonment.

According to the charges, the convicts had killed Golu during a dacoity in the house of one Vijay Yadav at Hathiagunj under Shahpur police station in the district on January 15, 2005.
