Indian students in Rajkot invent eco-friendly ink
Rajkot, Jan 27, 2008 : Two school students have come up with innovative and eco-friendly ink in six colours from entirely unusual recourses like fruits and vegetables in India"s western city of Rajkot. Pooja Dholakia and Ridhi Dasani of Gujarat conducted successful experiments and managed to extract ink from vegetables.
The teenagers have formulated six natural eco-friendly ink colours by crushing beetroots, turmeric, coriander and a motley of other vegetables.
