Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu, Jan 27, 2008 : The temples of Mahabalipuram in Tamil Nadu are a virtual architectural treasure house and have become a tourists' hot spot.

The uniqueness of these temples has earned them recognition from UNESCO which has declared them as world heritage sites. Several of the resorts are located close to the Mahapalipuram, a place which is one of history's intriguing enigmas.
