Brown calls for credible elections in Pakistan

London, Jan 29, 2008 : After holding talks with Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf at 10, Downing Street in London on January 28th, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said that Musharraf had assured him that Pakistan would conduct "credible" elections in February.

Meanwhile, ex-Pakistani cricketer turned politician Imran Khan joined forces with his ex-wife Jemima Khan to protest against Pakistan President Musharraf and the hosting of his visit by the British government.
