SP delegation to visit drought-hit Bundelkhand
Lucknow, Jan 30 (UNI) A Samajwadi Party (SP) delegation will review the condition in the drought-hit Jhansi and Chitrakoot divisions of Bundelkhand region during a three-day visit starting February 2.
On the directive of SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, the delegation will visit the districts comprising Jhansi and Chitrakoot divisions, state party spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary said here today.
The delegation led by Mata Prasad Pandey and Ahmad Hasan would take stock of the situation at Jhansi, Jalaun and Lalitpur districts of Jhansi division and Banda, Hamirpur, Chitrakoot and Mahoba districts of Chitrakoot division.
Later, the delegation would submit a report to Mr Yadav.
