Primary school headmaster shot dead
Samastipur, Jan 30 (UNI) Armed criminals shot dead a headmaster of a primary school and seriously injured two others at Morwalal Tola under Musrigharari police station area in the district.
Police sources here today said the villagers were attending a banquet yesterday when a group of miscreants fired at them killing headmaster Sudhansu Kumar Verma on the spot.
An advocate and a revenue department clerk were seriously injured.
They were rushed to Samastipur Sadar Hospital where the condition of the advocate was stated to be critical. He had been referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital.
Police arrested a person and further investigation was on, sources added.
