MTNL Q3 net slips 53 pc at Rs 97.63 cr
Mumbai, Jan 30 (UNI) State-run Mahanagar Telecom Nigam Ltd today said its net profit declined 53.19 per cent to Rs 97.63 crore for the third quarter ended December 2007, against Rs 208.60 crore during the corresponding period a year ago.
The company, which provides telecom services in Delhi and Mumbai, said in release that its total income has decreased to Rs 1,326.91 crore, a fall of 7.08 per cent during the FYQ3'08 from Rs 1,428.02 crore over the same period last fiscal.
