Maytas Infra achieves Rs 526 crore turnover

Hyderabad, Jan 30 (UNI) Maytas Infra Limited today announced that it has achieved a turnover of Rs 526.60 crore, registering a net profit of Rs 32.36 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal.

According to a release here, the company had reported a turnover of Rs 1070.06 crore and the total net profit of Rs 63.34 crore during the nine months, ended December 31, 2007.

Company CEO PK Madhav said ''the results of the quarter are in line with our projections for the year. We are focussed on strengthening our systems and processes and using technology to create an efficient and robust organisation.'' The company would divert into new verticals, including mining and related activities, manufacture of construction material and advisory and consultancy services, he added.
