Maoist arms unearthed in AP forests

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Jan 30 (UNI) The Guntur special police party today unearthed an arms dump of the CPI (Maoist) at Bollapalli forest area, near here.

According to police, the dump contained three rifles, two grenades, two empty magazines and rounds, 100 revolutionary literature books, five rifle slings, detonators and fuse wires.

The Maoists had hidden the arms to carry out its operations in the district, police added.
