GMR Industries to raise Rs 250 cr via rights issue
New Delhi, Jan 30 (UNI) GMR Industries Ltd today said its board has approved the proposal for a rights issue for Rs 250 crores and appointed a committee for the same.
The board also approved a proposal for setting up a Medium Density Fiber Board Project and setting up of another Sugar Complex in Karnataka.
