Dinesh Rai, Mohandas appointed Secretaries

New Delhi: Jan 30 (UNI) The Appointments Committee of the Union Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mr Dinesh Rai as Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Mr Rai, who is an IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre of 1974 batch, is presently working as the Vice Chairman, Delhi Development Authority.

Mr K Mohandas has been appointed as the Secretary, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs. He is an IAS officer of Kerala cadre of 1974 batch and is presently working as the Special Secretary in the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.
