Vigilance Bureau chargesheets Bihar police officer
Patna, Jan 29 (UNI) The state Vigilance Bureau today submitted a chargesheet in a special court here against an Assistant Sub- Inspector of Police (ASI) in a bribery case.
The chargesheet was filed in the court of Vigilance Judge S K Panwar against former ASI of Belaganj police station in Gaya district Bindeshwari Pandey under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
According to the charges, the accused ASI was arrested by the vigilance sleuths while accepting Rs 2000 as bribe from a person at Belaganj in November last.
