Javed Jafferi on a signing spree

Mumbai, Jan 29 (UNI) After the super success of ''Dhamaal'', Bollywood actor Javed Jafferi is all set to explore himself in new roles as he has signed as many as 13 films with some of the industry's outstanding filmmakers.

Apart from three films with Subhash Ghai and one with Dharmesh Darshan, Javed has presently signed Anees Bazmee's ''Singh Is Kinng'', Nagesh Kukunoor's ''8*10'', Popcorn Entertainment's ''Loot'', Raman Bharadwaj's ''Vada Pav'', Ashwin Kumar's ''Forest'', Samar Khan's ''Shaurya'', Paritossh Painter's ''Paying Guest'' along with a film directed by Rahul Mahajan.

Speaking to reporters here, Javed said, ''Yes I am doing multiple projects. As I had been doing shows in television, film producers did not approach me for any films, but the success of my comic roles in ''Salaam Namaste'' and ''Ta Ra Rum Pum'' has gained me several good offers.''
