Chhattisgarh: Naxal injured in attack

Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, Jan 28: A head constable was today seriously injured in an encounter between police and naxals at Basaguda area in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh, police said.

A CISF team was on its way to Hirapur when the ultras triggered a blast near Bhetapura village and opened fire.

Head constable Samlabhai was admitted to Bijapur district hospital.
