London, Jan.28 : Pakistan President has reportedly reassured Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak about the safety of his country's nuclear assets.
Musharraf secretly met Barak in Paris last week, and reportedly discussed with him the nuclear threat and regional developments.
According to a Channel 2 report, both were staying at the same hotel and met by chance last Tuesday, but decided to hold a meeting the following day.
Barak expressed his concern over the rise of radical Islam in Pakistan, and the possibility of the country's nuclear capabilities falling into the hands of terrorists.
