Marathi film 'Checkmate' releases on Feb 8

Kolhapur, Jan 28 (UNI) Marathi film, ''Checkmate'', targeting the youth, will be released in about 60 cinema houses across Maharashtra on February eight.

The film, produced by Mr Chandrashekar Mahamuni, marks the debut of noted cameraman Mr Sanjay Jadhav as director.

Addressing a joint press conference here today, they said the film gives a strong message to the youth to adhere to the basic values of life such as honesty, truth, sincerity and hard work.

The cast of the film includes Sanjay Narvekar, Ankush Chaudhary, Swapnil Joshi, Rahul Mehndle, Sonali Khare, Ravi Patwardhan, Smita Talwalkar and Abhyankar, Vinay Apate, Madhura Velankar in the cast, they added.
