Chennai, Jan 28 (UNI) Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd, a leading healthcare-focused IT services organisation, today announced that its revenue grew by 26 per cent during the third quarter of 2008 fiscal.

The company reported an income of Rs 113.46 crore for the third quarter, an increase of 11.2 per cent compared to the income during the corresponding quarter in the previous year.

The company's operating profit stood at Rs 23.90 crore, up by 7.9 per cent from Rs 22.16 crore in Q3 FY 2007. Net profit increased to Rs 15.6 crore, up by 6.8 per cent quarter on quarter.

The company's income for the nine months, ended December 31, 2007, was Rs 329.46 crore, an increase of 15.13 per cent over the corresponding period last year. The operating profit for the period increased to Rs 68.05 crore from Rs 61 crore, an increase of 11.58 per cent. The net profit after tax for the nine months ended December 31, 2007, was Rs 44.26 crore, the release added.
