A 12 member team from Thaland visits CFTRI

Mysore, Jan 28 (UNI) A Twelve-member team from Thailand Ministry of Agricultural Cooperatives today visited the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) in an exchange of technology in terms of food research works.

The team was led by Advisor to the Ministry Banphot Hongthong was taken round the Institute by Director V Prakash.

The main aim of the visit was capacity building and human resources, rice research works, agricultural byproducts resources and nutritionn food and health food with an integrated approach programes between the two countries.

Mr Hongthong, complementing the CFTRI for its achivement in food research field, expressed happiness over the visit.
