3 persons shot dead by Naxals

Karim Nagar, Jan 26 (UNI) CPI (Maoist) Naxals shot dead three people branding them as police informers, at Borlagudem village in this district today.

Police said a 20-member Naxal gang entered the village in the wee hours and barged into the houses of the three former Maoist members.

They were taken out of their houses and shot in front of the village people.

The three people were killed on the spot.

Police launched combing operations to trackdown the movements of the Naxals in the neighbouring villages.
