ULFA sending feelers to surrender: GOC

Guwahati, Jan 25 (UNI) The GOC of 4 corps, Lt Gen B S Jaswal said more ULFA cadres, including a number of leaders, were willing to surrender to the authorities and feelers to this effect were being sent a number of times.

The General speaking after a surrender ceremony yesterday at Tamulpur, where 38 ULFA cadres, including a woman militant, laid down arms.

He said that with continuous surrender of ULFA in the state, the strength of the outfit had been weakened.
