Seminar on Dravidian language commences

Chittoor, Jan 25 (UNI) A two-day seminar on 'Classic Dravidian languages' was begun at Dravidian University here today.

Presiding over the function Dravidian University Vice-Chancellor G Lakshminarayana observed that language was the most holistic symbol of any human civilization and it was a structural system conveying the aspirations of a race, its existence and character.

Linguists and scholars from the four Dravidian States would deliver their papers tomorrow.
