INTUC slams PMC leader
Puducherry,Jan 25(UNI)The office bearers of the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) here today threatened to file a defamation suit against Puducherry Munnetra Congress (PMC) Leader K Lakshminarayanan, MLA, in Madras High Court for 'indirectly linking INTUC President Ravichandran with housegrabbing.' In a joint statement here, they said the charges were totally baseless and false.
Mr Ravichandran had met the District Collector on January 23 with relevant documents and lodged a complaint seeking action against the legislator for giving wrong information through the press.
Coming down heavily on Mr Lakshminarayanan, they said all the office bearers were ready to quit politics if the charges were proved.
