AP Governor greets people on Republic Day
Hyderabad, Jan 25 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Governor N D Tiwari today greeted the people of the state on the eve of the 59th Republic Day.
In a message here, the Governor said, ''we earned our Independence through the mantra of non-violence, preached and practised by Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, with the aim to become a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular and Democratic Republic.'' ''I am sure that the people of the state will be in the forefront of the mission to build a strong, united, powerful, prosperous, harmonious and vibrant India,'' he added.
