PM to make statement in Parliament on China visit

New Delhi, Jan 24 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will make a detailed statement in Parliament on his ''successful visit'' to China this month that has created goodwill and strengthened the understanding between the two nations.

The statement would be made during the Budget session beginning next month, Information and Broadcasting Minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi told reporters.

Dr Singh gave details of his visit to the Cabinet at its weekly meeting today, the Minister said.
