Nitco Realties to implement Rs 406 cr projects

Mumbai, Jan 24 (UNI) Nitco Realties, a real estate arm of Nitco Tiles, will implement eight premium residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, Thane and Alibaug, valued at Rs 406 crores over a period of three years.

Nitco Tiles will add ten ''Le Studio Express'' franchisee outlets within the next year.

Presently, the company has only nine 'Le Studio' showrooms in the metros, but has a wide spread network of 550 dealers and 5000 sub dealers countrywide. The company also has plans to expand the capacity of its Alibaug and Silvassa plants, added the release.
