MSP for Toria fixed at Rs 1735 a quintal, NAFED to purchase
New Delhi, Jan 24 (UNI)The Minimum Support Price(MSP) for Toria (edible oil seeds) has been fixed at Rs 1735 per quintal, Rs 55 more than last year's MSP with Central government's directions to NAFED to undertake price support operation for Toria in the marketing season of 2008-09, an official release said here today.
The current toria crop will be harvested in March-April depending upon the regional variations in the country.
