ACC approves appointment of advisor to Nagaland Governor

New Delhi, Jan 24 (UNI) The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) today approved the appointment of Raghav Sharan Pandey as Advisor to the Nagaland Governor.

Mr Pandey, a 1972 batch Nagaland cadre IAS officer is presently posted as Secretary, Ministry of Steel.

According to an official order, Mr Pandey will be re-appointed Secretary, Ministry of Steel, when his term of duty in Nagaland will get over.

Simultaneously, the ACC has appointed J S Sharma, a 1971 batch IAS Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers with the additional charge of Secretary, Ministry of Steel, until Mr Pandey takes over.
