Scribe, DC Group Chairman elected PCI members

Hyderabad, Jan 23 (UNI) 'Visalandra', a Telugu daily Resident Editor K Sreenivas Reddy and 'Deccan Chronicle' Group Chairman T Venkatram Reddy were elected as members of the Press Council of India (PCI).

According to a release here, Mr Sreenivas Reddy, elected as a member of the PCI for the second consecutive term in the category of working journalists, would continue for three years.

Mr Venkatram Reddy was elected as a member in the category of proprietors of big newspapers.
