Five city police personnel to get Administrator's Police Medal

Chandigarh, Jan 23 (UNI) The Chandigarh Administration has decided to confer Administrator's Police Medal for Distinguished and Meritorious services on five police personnel on the eve of Republic Day.

Those selected for the award of medals are: Mr K I P Singh, DSP, for distinguished services and Inspector Anokh Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector (ORP) Parminder Singh, Head constable Paramjit Singh and Constable Ved Prakash for meritorious services.

They were selected by the Screening Committee constituted for the purpose under the chairmanship of Home Secretary by the Chandigarh Administration.
