Abetting terrorism caused unrest in Pak: Guv Sinha
Jammu, Jan 23 (UNI) Abetting terrorism and promoting intolerance were the root causes of the prevailing turmoil in Pakistan, Jammu and Kashmir Governor S K Sinha said here.
Talking to mediapersons on the sidelines of an interaction session with school children, who were on a North India tour yesterday, the Governor said, ''We have to learn a lesson from what is happening, though we are concerned about the people of Pakistan and wish that they come out of the present morass.'' He said the volatile situation in Pakistan amplified that the ''monster of terrorism'' ultimately bites the hands of those who feed it.
Lt Gen (Retd) Sinha, however, hoped for the early revival of peace in the neighbouring country.
