Delhi Police files chargesheet against Babloo and his associate
New Delhi, Jan 21 (UNI) The special cell of Delhi Police today filed chargesheet against gangster Babloo Shrivastava and his associate Fazal-ur-Rehman in the local court.
The chargesheet was filed in the court of Additional Sessions Judge B R Kedia, under section 3 of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act(MOCOCA).
An FIR was registered against Babloo on April 15, 2003 for running an extortion and kidnapping racket in the capital.
