Tiger died of bebesia in MP

Bhopal, Jan 20 (UNI) Gautam, a male tiger who died on December 6 last year at the Van Vihar National Park here, was claimed by bebesia, a four-member inquiry committee report confirmed today.

The committee was formed following Madhya Pradesh Forests Minister Vijay Shah's directive. Blood samples of other animals were analysed but tested negative, official sources said.

The report stated that there was no lacuna in treatment provided to Gautam.
